Every project is formalised through a contract signed by both parties before work starts, defining scope, milestones, delivery dates, fixed price and payment terms. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and in writing. We issue a legal invoice for every payment.
Deliverables carry a 90-calendar-day warranty from delivery, covering free correction of errors or faults in what we built. It does not cover new features, scope changes, or failures caused by third-party modifications, misuse or external services.
Unless the contract states otherwise, once the project is paid in full the client receives the source code and the accounts for contracted services in their own name (domain, hosting, store accounts).
